In the public disclosure dated 13.02.2023, it was announced that our Company had applied to the Capital Markets Board ("CMB") for the approval of the issuance certificate regarding the debt instrument capital ceiling. In the CMB Bulletin dated 15.06.2023, it was announced that the aforementioned application was approved by CMB. The Issuance Certificate and together with the Application Form are in the attachment. "This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by İş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail."
