The amendments to articles 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 14 and 31 of the Company's Articles of Association were approved in the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting that was held on 2 6 March, 202 4 .


"This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by İş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1.
