Following the annual review Credit Rating Agency, Saha Kurumsal Yönetim ve Kredi Derecelendirme Hizmetleri A.Ş. evaluated İş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. in the "Investment Grade" category and affirmed Long-Term (National) Rating (TR) AA and Short-Term (National) Rating (TR) A1+ with "Stable" outlook on its report dated on 26 August 2024. The credit rating report can be found in the attachment.
