At its meeting held on October 20, 2025, the Company's Board of Directors resolved that, pursuant to Article 10, Paragraph 3 of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Lease Certificates (III-61.1), Levent Varlık Kiralama A.Ş. shall be authorized as the Issuer Asset Leasing Company within the scope of a lease certificate issuance program based on a management agreement, in which our Company will act as the Fund User. Subject to the approval of the issuance certificate by the Capital Markets Board, lease certificate issuances of up to TRY 5 billion in nominal value, in various maturities, to be conducted domestically without public offering and through private placement and/or sales to qualified investors, are planned to be carried out within one year from the date of the CMB's approval. İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. has been appointed as the financial advisor and lead underwriter for the issuance. The Company's General Management has been authorized to carry out all necessary transactions and execute all relevant agreements within the scope of the issuance.
