Pursuant to the decision of Board of Directors decision dated November 25, 2025, a real estate property owned by our Company located in Istanbul Province, Beşiktaş District, Dikilitaş Neighborhood, plot 1342, parcel 8, with an area of 1,355 m², shall be sold to a non-related party legal entity for a price of USD 24,240,000 excluding VAT. The sale price will be collected in 12 monthly installments in Turkish Lira, and the title deed transfer of the immovable property  will be carried out after the entire sale price has been collected.

I n contradiction between the Turkish and English version of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
