With our Board of Directors' decision dated on February 16, 2021, since the validity period of the registered capital ceiling expires in 2021, for the purpose of extending the period, Article 6 of the articles of association titled as " Share Capital of Company ", decided to be changed as in the annex. It has been decided to obtain the necessary approvals from the Capital Markets Board of Turkey and the Ministry of Commerce and following their approval, to submit the subject to the approval of the first General Assembly.
