Within the scope of KARDEMİR's investment plan, a new joint stock company  namely KARLİMTAŞ KARDEMİR Liman İşletmeciliği ve Taşımacılık Anonim Şirketi  has been established with a capital of TL 200,000,000, in which our company is the sole shareholder, in order to operate domestically and abroad and to carry out all kinds of railway, road, maritime and airway transportation based on freight transportation and to carry out additional activities for these purposes or provided that they are related to these purposes.
