Dolayısıyla Kardemir'in ilişkili tarafları ile gerçekleştirmiş olduğu ilişkili işlemler emsallere uygunluk ilkesine uygundur." şeklindedir. Bilgilerinize arz ederiz. Regarding to the Prevelant and Sustained Process' of Kardemir, within the scope of Corporate Governance Communique numbered II-17.1, a report has been prepared by the Independent Auditing Firm and the sum of the report; "It has been stated that the turnover to the related parties, within the scope of the CMB Communique, were over the list price and the sample   has also confirmed the same pricing for  the related and unrelated parties. Consequently Kardemir's operations with the related parties are in compliance with the arm's length principles." Respectfully Submitted.
