Pursuant to the resolution adopted at the General Assembly Meeting of our Company held on 28 April 2025, DRT Independent Auditing and Certified Public Accounting Inc. (Deloitte) has been appointed as the independent audit firm and auditor for the audit of the Company's financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year, for the assurance engagement of the Company's sustainability reports pertaining to the years 2024 and 2025 within the framework of applicable sustainability legislation, and for the execution of other related activities as stipulated under the relevant regulations. The aforementioned resolution was duly registered by the Karabük Trade Registry Office on 8 May 2025.
