Şirketimizin 17.03.2017 tarih ve 2017/15 nolu Yönetim Kurulu toplantısında; Şirketimizin, Kamu Gözetimi Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu ("KGK") tarafından yayımlanan Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları / Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları ("TMS/TFRS") uyarınca hazırlanan 01.01.2016-31.12.2016 hesap dönemine ait konsolide mali tabloları ile Vergi Usul Kanunu uyarınca hazırlanan (Yasal) finansal tablolarına göre, dönem zararı oluşması nedeniyle dağıtılabilir kar oluşmadığından kar dağıtımı yapılmaması ve oluşan dönem zararının geçmiş yıl zararlarına eklenmesi hususlarının 2016 yılına ilişkin Olağan Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına katılanların oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
