We are republishing our PDP disclosure dated 11.11.2022 regarding our statement below, by selecting the ASELS code in the related companies field, which is the code of Aselsan Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

The English translation of this disclosure is provided and in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.

An agreement has been reached between KARSAN and ASELSAN regarding the production of e-JEST electric minibuses using ASELSAN electric traction system components and their sale to ASELSAN, and a contract of 12.599.199,80 EURO has been signed. According to the contract, the final vehicle delivery period is twenty (20) months.

This disclosure has been made based on the permission dated 11.11.2022 from ASELSAN.

Regarding the contract mentioned in this disclosure, with the decision of our Company's Board of Directors numbered 2022-21, within the scope of Article 6 of the CMB Special Cases Communiqué (II-15.1), it has been decided to postpone the public disclosure of the inside information regarding the said contract signature to the public until the end of the process. The decision to postpone the disclosure of inside information to the public was taken in order not to deceive the investors and in order to protect the legal rights, competitiveness and bargaining power of our Company.
