ALTECH CO. LTD, Japonya merkezli çok uluslu bir şirket olup endüstriyel baskı makineleri, 3D yazıcılar, lojistik sistemler (otonom hareket eden robotlar vb.) satışı yapmaktadır. Şirketin, Japonya'nın önde gelen demiryolu işletmecilerinden East Japan Railway Company Group'un bir otobüs işletmecisi olan JR Bus Kanto ile anlaşması ve yakın işbirliği bulunmaktadır. Şirketimiz ile ALTECH CO. LTD, Karsan E-JEST (RHD) araçlarının satışı için distribütörlük ve servis sözleşmesi imzalamıştır. Yaklaşık 25 milyon Euro satış hedefiyle 2023 yılının ikinci yarısı ile 2026 yılının ikinci yarısı arasındaki üç yıllık süreyi kapsayan distribütörlük sözleşmesinin üç takvim yılı sonunda mevcut satış rakamları ile yenilenmesi planlanmaktadır. Bu anlaşma ile Karsan'ın Japonya ve Uzakdoğu pazarlarındaki ticari etkinliğinin artırılması hedeflenmektedir.

ALTECH CO. LTD is a multinational company based in Japan and sells industrial printing machines, 3D printers, logistics systems (autonomous moving robots, etc.). The company has an agreement and close cooperation with JR Bus Kant a bus operator of the East Japan Railway Company Group, a leading railway operator in Japan. Our Company and ALTECH CO. LTD has signed a distributorship and service agreement for the sale of Karsan E-JEST (RHD) vehicles. The distributorship agreement covers a three-year period between the second half of 2023 and the second half of 2026 with a sales target of approximately EURO 25 million, and it is planned to be renewed with current sales numbers at the end of three calendar years. With this agreement, it is planned to increase Karsan's commercial activity in Japanese and Far East markets.
