oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Şirketimiz, daha önceki KAP açıklamalarında; 28 Temmuz 2022 tarihinde teklif vermiş olduğu, Romanya Bükreş Belediyesi'nin açmış olduğu 100 adet 12 metre elektrikli otobüs ve şarj ünitesi alımı, gerekli şarj altyapısının sağlanması, garaj yönetimi ve bakımı ihalesinde, ihale mercii tarafından ihale kazananı olarak bildirildiğini ve ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen prosedür ve süreçlerin tamamlanması sonucunda sözleşme imzalanacağını; daha sonra itiraz mercii tarafından ihale katılımcısı bir Şirketin itirazının kabul edildiğini, ihalenin yeniden değerlendirilmesine karar verildiğini ve bu karara ilişkin hukuki yollara başvuracağını açıklamıştı. Şirketimizin itiraz merciinin itirazı kabul kararına karşı açığı dava süreci, olumsuz sonuçlanmıştır. Öte yandan, Şirketimiz tarafından itiraz merciinin itirazı kabul kararından sonra ihale mercii tarafından yeniden değerlendirme sonucu verilen karara karşı; bu defa Şirketimiz tarafından itiraz merciine tüm ihalenin iptali sonucunu doğuracak şeklide itiraz başvurusunda bulunulmuş olup söz konusu itiraz başvurusunun incelenmesi halen devam etmektedir. Kamuoyu ve yatırımcılarımızın bilgilerine sunarız. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce tercümesi mevcut olup bu açıklamanın Türkçe ve İngilizce versiyonları arasında herhangi bir çelişki olması durumunda, Türkçe versiyon esas kabul edilecektir		Our Company had announced in the previous PDP statements that our Company had been declared as the winner of the tender, issued by the Romanian Bucharest Municipality, for the purchase of 100 units of 12 meters Electric Bus and Charging Units, providing the necessary charging infrastructure, garage administration and maintenance, and the contract would be signed after the completion of the procedures and processes stipulated in the relevant legislation; and regarding the said tender, the objection of a participating company was accepted by the objection authority, it was decided to reevaluate the tender, and our Company would take legal action against the relevant decision. The litigation process of our Company against the decision of the appeal authority to accept the objection resulted in a negative result. On the other hand, against the decision made by our Company as a result of re-evaluation by the contracting authority after the decision of the objection authority to accept the objection; this time, our Company made an objection application to the objection authority, which would result in the cancellation of the entire tender, and the examination of the said objection application is still ongoing.
