N8 İçKapı N301 Beyoğlu / İstanbul adresinde bulunan İstanbul Sicil  Müdürlüğü'ne 201465-0 Ticaret Sicil Numarası ile kayıtlı olan PWC BAĞIMSIZ DENETİM VE SERBEST MUHASEBECİ MALİ MÜŞAVİRLİK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ'nin Şirket'in Bağımsız Denetim şirketi olarak bir yıl süreyle seçilmesi Genel Kurul tarafından onaylanmıştır .
