Şirketimiz, Toyota Motor Europe ile yeni bir işbirliği anlaşması imzaladı. Bu anlaşma kapsamında Karsan Otomotiv , hidrojenli araçlarını Toyota Motor Europe'un Hidrojen Fuel Cell Module yakıt hücre leri ni entegre ederek geliştirecek. İlgili sözleşme 27.08.2024 tarihi itibariyle imzalanmıştır.

Bu açıklamada bahsi geçen sözleşmeye ilişkin olarak, Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 2024/23 sayılı kararı ile SPK Özel Durumlar Tebliği'nin (II-15.1) 6'ncı maddesi çerçevesinde, söz konusu sözleşme imzasına ilişkin içsel bilginin süreç sonuçlanana kadar kamuya açıklanmasının ertelenmesine karar verilmiştir. İçsel bilginin kamuya açıklanmasının ertelenmesi kararı, Şirketimizin yasal haklarının, rekabet gücü ve pazarlık gücünün korunması amaçlarıyla, yatırımcıların yanıltılmasına yol açmamak adına alınmıştır.

Kamuoyu ve yatırımcılarımızın bilgilerine sunulur.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi de yer almakta olup açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Our company has signed a new cooperation agreement with Toyota Motor Europe. Under this agreement, Karsan Otomotiv will develop hydrogen vehicles by integrating Toyota Motor Europe's Hydrogen Fuel Cell Module fuel cells. The related agreement was signed on 27.08.2024.

Regarding the contract mentioned in this disclosure, with the decision of our Company's Board of Directors numbered 2024/23, within the scope of Article 6 of the CMB Special Cases Communiqué (II-15.1), it has been decided to postpone the public disclosure of the inside information regarding the said contract signature to the public until the end of the process. The decision to postpone the disclosure of inside information to the public was taken in order not to deceive the investors and in order to protect the legal rights, competitiveness and bargaining power of our Company.
