Meclis-İ Mebusan Cad. N 8 İç Kapı N 301 Beyoğlu  / İstanbul  adresinde bulunan  İstanbul  Sicil Müdürlüğü'ne  201465-0  Ticaret Sicil Numarası ile kayıtlı olan, 0146002240500015 MERSİS  numaralı  PWC BAĞIMSIZ DENETİM VE SERBEST MUHASEBECİ MALİ MÜŞAVİRLİK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ'nin Şirket'in Bağımsız Denetim şirketi olarak bir yıl süreyle seçilmesi Genel Kurul tarafından onaylanmıştır.
