As announced in our special disclosure dated December 8, 2023, our application submitted to the Capital Markets Board ("CMB") for the approval of the issuance documents regarding the borrowing instrument issuance ceiling planned to be conducted domestically has been approved at the CMB's meeting dated February 8, 2024, with decision number 9/184. The approved Issuance Document and Application Form are attached herewith. We hereby inform the public accordingly. This statement was translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
