Within the scope of the amendment to Article 6 titled 'Capital' of our company's articles of association, our application for the necessary approvals regarding the increase of the registered capital ceiling and the extension of its duration has been approved by the Turkish Ministry of Trade with its letter dated 14/10/2024 and numbered E-50035491-431.02-0010176270, which was communicated to us on 21/10/2024 (today). The amended text approved by the Turkish Ministry of Trade is attached hereto.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish version of this disclosure and its English translation, the Turkish version shall prevail.
