If Exist Significant Provisions Of The Contract
The existing polyurethane system production facilities and equipment of Ravago Petrokimya A.Ş. (Ravago) will be relocated to our Düzce facility. Within the scope of this collaboration, the production, sales, and marketing activities of all polyurethane systems and products under Ravago's "Ravapol" brand will be carried out by Kimpur.

Impact Of New Business Relation On Company Activities
With this strategic move, our company will gain approximately 85,000 tons of new additional capacity. Consequently, our current domestic production capacity of 171,000 tons, comprising 141,000 tons at the Gebze facility and 30,000 tons at the Düzce facility, will increase to 256,000 tons with this new strategic investment. Including the 25,000 ton capacity at our Latvia facility, our total global production capacity will reach 281,000 tons.

On May 27, 2024, it was announced to the public that our company, Kimpur, the largest polyurethane system house in Turkey established with 100% domestic capital, had entered into a significant strategic partnership agreement with Ravago Petrochemical Co. (Ravago).

Within this scope, the relocation of Ravago's polyurethane system production facilities and equipment to Kimpur's Düzce facility has been successfully completed. Following this relocation, trial production began, and the first production was carried out using the Exproof reactor transferred from Ravago.

As part of the trial production, the KIMrigid® Sandwich Panel System and KIMcool® Refrigerator System were successfully produced. Additionally, improvements to reactor pipe diameters and pump capacities have resulted in faster and more efficient production processes.
