oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Şirket Yönetim Kurulu, Denetimden Sorumlu Komite'nin teklifi ile, 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve 6362 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu uyarınca belirlenen esaslara uygun olarak, Şirketimizin (i) 2025 yılı hesap dönemindeki finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi ile (ii) 2024 ve 2025 yılları için Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu ("KGK") tarafından sürdürülebilirlik alanında bağımsız denetim faaliyeti göstermek üzere yetkilendirilmiş olması şartı ile KGK tarafından yayımlanan Türkiye Sürdürülebilirlik Raporlama Standartları'na uygun olarak hazırlanacak raporların zorunlu sürdürülebilirlik güvence denetimi dâhil ancak bununla sınırlı olmamak üzere ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamındaki diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere Eski Büyükdere Caddesi Maslak Mahallesi N1 Maslak N1 Plaza Maslak 34485 Sarıyer/İstanbul adresinde bulunan 291 001 0976 vergi no ve 304099 bağımsız denetim sicil numaralı DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.'nin seçilmesi ile ilgili teklifin 2024 yılına ait olağan genel kurul toplantısında önerilmek üzere olağan genel kurul gündemine alınmasına karar vermiştir.		The Board of Directors of the Company, with the proposal of the Audit Committee, Pursuant to the principles set forth in the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and the Capital Markets Law No. 6362, it has been resolved to include in the agenda of the 2024 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting the proposal to appoint DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş., located at Eski Büyükdere Caddesi, Maslak Mahallesi, N1 Maslak N1 Plaza, Maslak 34485, Sarıyer/İstanbul, with tax number 291 001 0976 and independent audit registry number 304099, for the purposes of: (i) auditing the financial reports of our Company for the fiscal year 2025, and (ii) provided that it is authorized by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority ("KGK") to conduct independent assurance activities in the field of sustainability for the years 2024 and 2025, carrying out the mandatory sustainability assurance audit of reports to be prepared in accordance with the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards issued by the KGK, including but not limited to other relevant activities within the scope of applicable regulations.
