In our Company's material event disclosure dated June 14, 2023, it was announced that with the decision of Board of Directors of our Company dated June 14, 2023 and numbered 18, it was decided for our Company to participate as a 99% shareholder in a company named Kocaer Enerji Anonim Şirketi which will be established with a capital of TRY 300,000,000 to operate in the field of renewable energy, with a focus on geothermal energy.

The establishment of Kocaer Enerji Anonim Şirketi has been officially registered by the T.C. Aliağa Trade Registry on July 4, 2023 and the establishment announcement has been published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated July 4, 2023, and numbered 10863.
