In our public disclosure dated 21.11.2023, we stated that the seismic and MT data obtained from the Geothermal license area located in Aydın province, Kuyucak District, Horsunlu-Ortakçı Village, belonging to our subsidiary Kocaer Enerji, supports the investments to be made and that our Board of Directors decided to start the drilling works.

According to the opinion document numbered E-98914016-220.99-8368313 from Aydın Governorship Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change; within the scope of our geothermal license numbered J443, it has been evaluated that the geothermal resource drilling to be carried out at 3 points is exempt from the EIA Regulation dated 29.07.2022. In this context, drilling activities are continuing in our relevant license area.
