In our public disclosure dated 18.04.2024, we had announced that our Board of Directors decided to establish a joint stock company with an initial capital of 2,000,000.00 TL (two million Turkish Liras) and to participate in the said company at a rate of 99%, in order to develop foreign operations of the company and accelerate globalization efforts .

The establishment of KCR Foreign Trade Joint Stock Company has been finalized and registered in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 03 May 2024 and numbered 11074 .
