In our public disclosure dated 18.04.2024, we had announced that our Board of Directors decided to establish a joint stock company with an initial capital of 2,000,000.00 TL (two million Turkish Liras) and to participate in the said company at a rate of 99%, in order to develop foreign operations of the company and accelerate globalization efforts.

The establishment of KCR Foreign Trade Joint Stock Company has been finalized and registered in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 03 May 2024 and numbered 11074.
