There were news in the media that high amount of tax fine was imposed on two companies by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance within the scope of the tax inspection carried out in the iron and steel sector. Our company or our subsidiaries have no relation with these news. In this context, there are no developments regarding the issue reflected in the media that would require a public disclosure within the scope of the Capital Markets Board's II-15.1 on Material Events Disclosure.
