In accordance with the authorization granted by article 8 of the Company's Articles of Association; the Board of Directors resolved to issue debt securities for a total amount up to 1 billion US Dollars or an equivalent amount to be sold outside Turkey through one or more issuance within one year from the date of the approval of CMB. In this respect, the application to Capital Markets Board will be made tomorrow.
