On 07.10.2021, it has been announced that in the tender organized and announced by The Privatization Administration of Turkey for the privatization of Fenerbahçe-Kalamış Marina owned by Turkish Maritime Lines, by method of Transfer of Operating Rights for a period of 40 (forty) years within the frame of provisions of the Law on Privatization Practices no. 4046, the bid in the amount of 2.531 million TL submitted by our subsidiary, Tek-Art Kalamış ve Fenerbahçe Marmara Turizm Tesisleri A.Ş., has been the highest bid and that the finalization of the tender result is subject to final approval of the Competition Board and the Privatization High Council.

Following the approval of the Competition Board, the Presidency Approval dated 11.11.2021, numbered 4771 has been published in the Official Gazette dated 12.11.2021, numbered 31657, stating the Presidency Approval granted for the tender result. Further announcements will be made in due course with regard to the material developments upon receipt of the formal notification of such decision.
