Following the raise of Türkiye's unsolicited long-term foreign currency sovereign rating to ‘'BB-‘' and the transfer and convertibility (T&C) assessment to ‘'BB', the international credit rating agency Standard & Poor's Financial Services (S&P) made a review on Koç Holding's credit ratings. Consequently, the long-term issuer credit rating of Koç Holding has been raised to "BB+", the outlook was determined as ‘'stable'', and the "B" short-term rating has been confirmed. Further information related to credit ratings will be available on our website. This statement was translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail. |
