In our announcement dated 16 July 2024, it was disclosed that our subsidiary Tek-Art Kalamış ve Fenerbahçe Marmara Turizm Tesisleri A.Ş. (Tek-Art) would participate in the tender for the privatization of the Fenerbahçe-Kalamış Yacht Marina for a period of 40 years with the ‘granting of operating rights' method as announced by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Treasury and Finance, Privatization Administration (ÖİB), and any further information would be duly shared with our investors should Tek-Art win the tender.

According to the letter received from ÖİB today, the highest three bids have been approved pursuant to the Presidential Decree dated 14 September 2024 and numbered 8967 published in the Official Gazette dated 15 September 2024 and numbered 32663, the relevant bidders are invited to sign the agreement respectively in accordance with the Tender Specifications, and Tek-Art, as the second highest bidder, is invited to sign the agreement on 5 February 2025 with its bid amounting to USD 504,000,000 .
