Türkiye Petrol Rafinerileri A.Ş. (" Tüpraş ") payları ile ilgili olarak 1 TL nominal değerli paylar için satış fiyatı 233 TL olmak üzere toplam 40.000.000 TL nominal değerli A grubu payın hızlandırılmış talep toplama yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilen satış işleminin takası 31.03.2026 tarihinde tamamlanmıştır. Bu işlemle birlikte, Koç Holding A.Ş.'nin, Tüpraş sermayesindeki doğrudan pay oranı yaklaşık %4,3'e, Koç Holding A.Ş. ve bağlı ortaklığı Enerji Yatırımları A.Ş.'nin Tüpraş'taki toplam pay oranı ise yaklaşık %50,7'ye düşmüş olup, Tüpraş üzerindeki yönetim kontrolümüz devam etmektedir. Tüpraş'ın halka açıklık oranı ise yaklaşık %48,9'a yükselmiştir.

We, Koç Holding A.Ş. (" Koç Holding "), completed the settlement of the sale of Türkiye Petrol Rafinerileri A.Ş. (" Tüpraş ") Class A shares with a total nominal value of TRY 40,000,000 at a price of TRY 233 per share with a nominal value of TRY 1 on 31.03.2026 through an accelerated bookbuild process. Accordingly, the shareholding of Koç Holding in Tüpraş decreased to approximately 4.3% whereas the total shareholding of Koç Holding and its subsidiary Enerji Yatırımları A.Ş. in Tüpraş decreased to approximately 50.7%. Koç Holding retains the management control of Tüpraş. Tüpraş' free float increased to approximately 48.9%.
