A sales contract has been signed between our affiliate Pomega Enerji Depolama Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("POMEGA") and one of our domestic customers for the supply and installation of a 32MWh energy storage system for a Licensed Storage-based Solar Power Plant (GES) project,amounting to 7,256,217 USD (SevenMillionTwoHundredFifty-SixThousandTwoHundredSeventeenUSDollars) This amount includes Pomega's own production of lithium battery cells, battery management systems, battery packs, energy storage systems, energy management systems, power conversion systems, field works, and installation services. The project will be completed in the second quarter of 2025 and, upon completion, will be Turkey's largest solar power plant integrated energy storage investment.
