A sales contract amounting to 19,650,000 USD (nineteen million six hundred fifty thousand US dollars), excluding taxes, has been signed between our subsidiary, Pomega Enerji Depolama Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("POMEGA"), and our customer for the supply and installation of a 62MW / 104MWh Energy Storage System to be connected to the Oslomej 80 MWp Solar Power Plant. This project is part of the transformation of thermal power plants into renewable energy facilities in North Macedonia, undertaken by Fortis Energy, which has an installed capacity of over 300 MW in the renewable energy sector and a project portfolio exceeding 1,500 MW across Europe.

The contract includes lithium battery cells produced by our company, the battery management system, battery packs, the energy storage system, the energy management system, the power conversion system, site works, and installation services. The project will be executed in two phases and is planned to be completed in the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2025.
