Astor Enerji A.Ş.'nin, Ankara ASO 2. OSB Genişleme bölgesinde devam eden yeni fabrika yatırımları elektrik altyapısında kullanılmak üzere Enerji Depolama Sistemi'nin temini ve kurulumu işi kapsamında, şirketimizin bağlı ortaklığı Pomega Enerji Depolama Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("POMEGA") ile müşterimiz arasında vergiler hariç 1.400.000 USD (Birmilyondörtyüzbin Amerikan Doları) tutarında bir satış sözleşmesi imzalanmıştır.

Bu tutara, şirketimizin kendi üretimi olan lityum pil hücreleri, batarya yönetim sistemi ve batarya paketleri, enerji depolama sistemi dahildir. Projenin 2. Çeyrek itibariyle tamamlanması planlanmaktadır.

Bu Özel Durum Açıklaması Türkçe ve İngilizce olarak hazırlanmış olup, iki metin arasında herhangi bir çelişki olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

As part of the supply and installation of an Energy Storage System to be used in the electrical infrastructure of Astor Enerji A.Ş.'s ongoing new factory investments in the Ankara ASO 2nd Organized Industrial Zone Expansion Area, a sales contract worth $1,400,000 USD (excluding taxes) has been signed between our subsidiary, Pomega Enerji Depolama Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("POMEGA"), and our customer.

This amount includes our company's own production of lithium battery cells, battery management system, battery packs, and the energy storage system. The project is planned to be completed by the second quarter of 2025.

Turkish and English translations of this statement are available, and in case of any conflict between the Turkish and English versions of this statement, the Turkish version will prevail.
