An exclusive and binding cooperation agreement has been signed between our subsidiary, Pomega Enerji Depolama Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("Pomega"), and the U.S.-based Our Next Energy Inc. ("ONE") for the production of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery cells with a total capacity of 7 GWh (2+5 GWh).

Under the scope of this collaboration, it is planned that LFP battery cells with a capacity of 314 Ah, developed by ONE, will be manufactured at Pomega's gigafactory in Ankara starting in 2026, in accordance with ONE's technical specifications. Production is expected to begin with a 2 GWh capacity in 2026, ramping up to an annual capacity of 5 GWh by 2027.

This strategic partnership supports ONE's vision of establishing a flexible and scalable supply chain eligible for incentives under the U.S. Inflation Reduction Act (IRA).

Moreover, the agreement represents a significant milestone in terms of technology transfer and the global expansion of our manufacturing capabilities in the energy storage sector. Through this collaboration, Pomega is expected to further strengthen its competitiveness and market position internationally, particularly in the United States.

Purchase agreements covering the delivery schedule, commercial terms, and other technical details related to the sales will be executed separately in the upcoming period.

In addition, Our Next Energy Inc. and Kontrolmatik Teknoloji Enerji ve Mühendislik A.Ş. are continuing discussions regarding a broader joint venture structure to support ONE's manufacturing efforts in Michigan with their gigafactory, ONE Circle, which will include engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services. Within this context, Kontrolmatik's expertise and experience gained during the establishment of the Pomega gigafactory are expected to be effectively utilized in this new project.
