Bu Özel Durum Açıklaması Türkçe ve İngilizce hazırlanmış olup iki metin arasında herhangi bir çelişki olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.		In accordance with Article 33 of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Shares (VII-128.1), prepared in relation to the decision to increase the Company's issued capital of 650,000,000 TL to 2,600,000,000 TL by increasing it through a paid-in capital increase of 1,950,000,000 TL, representing a 300% increase within the registered capital ceiling of 4,000,000,000 TL, the "Report on the Use of Funds to be Raised from the Paid-In Capital Increase" is attached. This Public Disclosure has been prepared in both Turkish and English. In case of any discrepancies between the two texts, the Turkish version will prevail.
