With respect to the senior management restructuring of our subsidiary, Pomega Enerji Depolama Teknolojileri A.Ş., the following changes in duties and appointments have been implemented.

Mr. Osman Şahin Köşker, who currently serves as General Manager of Pomega Enerji Depolama Teknolojileri A.Ş., will step down from his position as of January 2026. Mr. Köşker will continue to serve as Interim General Manager until April 1, 2026, and will further provide support to Pomega Enerji Depolama Teknolojileri A.Ş. throughout 2026 at the Board of Directors level and in an advisory capacity.


The following appointments have been made at Pomega Enerji Depolama Teknolojileri A.Ş.:


  • Mr. David Chang has been appointed as Chief  Executive Officer (CEO), effective January 2, 2026;

  • Mr. Gökhan Serdar has been appointed as Chief  Financial Officer (CFO), effective December 15, 2025.


Mr. David Chang has over 20 years of international executive and board-level experience across manufacturing, consumer electronics, and technology-driven organizations. He is a citizen of Taiwan (ROC) and has achieved significant success in global operations, mergers and acquisitions integrations, and large-scale investment projects across Europe, China, and emerging markets. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Suunto, where he led the company's strategic transformation, global product development initiatives, and cross-border partnership structures. Mr. Chang brings deep expertise in operational excellence, financial discipline, scalable organizational structures, and corporate governance.


Mr. Gökhan Serdar is a graduate of Bilkent University, Department of Business Administration. He began his career in audit at Arthur Andersen, followed by roles at Ernst & Young. He later held various senior finance management positions within Yaşar Group, including Dyo and Pınar companies.


In 2014, Mr. Serdar joined the U.S.-based TPI Composites, where he served as EMEA Region CFO, Vice President for EMEA & India, and most recently as Senior Vice President for the EMEA Region. During this period, he led the region's approximately twenty-fold growth, managed the establishment of greenfield manufacturing facilities in India, and successfully executed regional strategic transformation projects. He has over 20 years of experience in global operations, financial management, corporate strategy, and the leadership of multinational organizations.


The aforementioned appointments are expected to make a significant contribution to Pomega Enerji Depolama Teknolojileri A.Ş.'s global growth objectives, corporate governance structure, and financial and operational capabilities.
