İştirakimiz Plan S Uydu ve Uzay Teknolojileri A.Ş., Türkiye'de yerleşik bir müşterimiz ile mevcut iş ilişkisi kapsamında, 3 yıl süreli bir sözleşme imzalamıştır. Sözleşme kapsamında, halihazırda aktif olarak işletilen uydu altyapısı kullanılarak, 200.000 adet terminal cihazı ve LEO (Low Earth Orbit – Alçak Dünya Yörüngesi) uydu tabanlı IoT haberleşme hizmeti sağlayacak veya toplam 60.000.000 ABD Doları bedelinde tedarik gerçekleştirilecektir.

Bu Özel Durum Açıklaması Türkçe ve İngilizce hazırlanmış olup iki metin arasında herhangi bir çelişki olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Our subsidiary, Plan S Uydu ve Uzay Teknolojileri A.Ş., has signed a three-year agreement with a customer domiciled in Türkiye within the scope of its existing business relationship. Under the agreement, a total procurement amounting to USD 60,000,000 will be carried out to provide 200,000 terminal devices and LEO (Low Earth Orbit) satellite-based IoT communication services by using the currently operational satellite infrastructure.

This Material Event Disclosure has been prepared in both Turkish and English, and in case of any discrepancy between the two texts, the Turkish version shall prevail.
