Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesi'nin 10, 15 ve 41 inci maddelerinde yapılması planlanan değişikliklere ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na yapmış olduğumuz başvuru 09.02.2021 tarihinde; Ticaret Bakanlığı İç Ticaret Genel Müdürlüğü'ne yapmış olduğumuz başvuru ise 16.02.2021 tarihinde olumlu karşılanmıştır.

Ekte yer alan Esas Sözleşme tadil metni 2020 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerimizin onayına sunulacaktır.

Our application which is the amendment planned to be made in Articles 10, 15 and 41 of our Company's Articles of Association was approved by the Capital Markets Board in 9 ^th February, 2021 and by the Ministry of Trade, Directorate General of Domestic Trade in 16 ^th February, 2021.

Attached the amendment to the Articles of Association will be submitted to the approval of the shareholders at 2020 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting.
