Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun bugün yaptığı toplantıda,

1 Nisan 2022 tarihinden itibaren geçerli olmak üzere,

Şirketimiz CEO'su (Chief Executive Officer - İcra Kurulu Başkanı) Genel Müdürü Sn. Ali ÇALIŞKAN'ın Sabancı Üniversitesi Genel Sekreterliği görevine atanması nedeniyle, Asya-Pasifik Genel Müdür Yardımcısı İbrahim Özgür YILDIRIM'ın Genel Müdür olarak atanmasına,

İbrahim Özgür YILDIRIM'dan boşalan göreve Asya-Pasifik Satış Direktörü Ömür MENTEŞ'in Genel Müdür Yardımcısı Vekili olarak atanmasına,

1 Nisan 2022 tarihinden itibaren Yönetim Kurulu üyeliğinden istifa eden Mehmet YILDIZ'ın istifasının kabulüne ve Şirket Sözleşmesi'nin 14'ün maddesine uygun olarak yerine 1 Nisan 2022 tarihinden itibaren görev almak üzere Ali Çalışkan'ın Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi olarak atanmasına ve bu değişikliğin yapılacak ilk Genel Kurul'da ortakların onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.

With the decision of Board of Directors of our Company held today, the following subjects have been resolved that:

Effective as of April 1st, 2022;

Due to the appointment of our Chief Executive Officer, Ali Çalışkan, as the Secretary General of Sabancı University, Our Chief Operating Officer of Asia-Pasific ("APAC"), İbrahim Özgür YILDIRIM, will be appointed as the new CEO (Chief Executive Officer)

Following this move, until a definitive appointment is made Our Sales Director of APAC, Ömür MENTEŞ will serve as as Deputy Chief Operating Officer of Asia-Pasific Region,

Acceptance of Mehmet YILDIZ's resignation from his duties as the member of Board of Directors and, in accordance with Article 14 of Articles of Asscoation, Ali Çalışkan has been elected for the vacant Board Membership for further submission for the approval of the first General Assembly.
