Şirketimizin Yönetim Kurulu nun kararı ile,

İstanbul Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü nün 36844-5 sicil sayısında kayıtlı Kordsa Teknik Tekstil Anonim Şirketi Teknopark Şubesi unvanlı şubemizde;

1. Şube Müdürü Muhammet Hüseyin ATEŞ in temsil ve ilzam yetkisinin iptal edilmesine,

2. Aksi karar alınıncaya kadar görev yapmak üzere Şube Müdürlüğü görevlerine Eray KARADUMAN ile Müge ARİFOĞLU YENMEZ in atanmalarına,

3. Şube Müdürü Eray KARADUMAN ile Şube Müdürü Müge ARİFOĞLU YENMEZ in şubeyi müştereken temsil ve ilzam etmelerine karar verilmiştir.

By the decision of the Board of Directors of our Company,

In our branch titled Kordsa Teknik Tekstil Anonim Şirketi Teknopark Branch, registered in the registry number 36844-5 of the Istanbul Trade Registry Office; It was decided;

1. To cancel the representation and binding authority of the Branch Manager Muhammet Hüseyin ATEŞ.

2. To appoint Eray KARADUMAN and Müge ARİFOĞLU YENMEZ as Branch Managers to to serve until otherwise decided,

3. That Branch Manager Eray KARADUMAN and Branch Manager Müge ARİFOĞLU YENMEZ to jointly represent and bind the branch.
