oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		14 Nisan 2025 tarihli Özel Durum Açıklamamızla, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun olumsuz görüş bildirmemesi kaydıyla Mehmet Mesut ADA'nın 14 Nisan 2025 tarihinden itibaren geçerli olmak üzere 19 Nisan 2027 tarihine kadar görev yapmak üzere Bağımsız Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi olarak atanmasına ve bu değişikliğin yapılacak ilk Genel Kurul'da ortakların onayına sunulmasına karar verildiği hususu bildirilmişti. İlgili husus bağlamında Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na yapılan başvuru sonuçlanmış olup, Mehmet Mesut ADA'nın Bağımsız Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliğine herhangi bir olumsuz görüş bildirilmemesine karar verilmiştir. Mehmet Mesut ADA'nın Bağımsızlık Beyanı, Son 10 Yıl İçerisinde Yürüttüğü Görevleri ve Ayrılma Nedenleri ve Özgeçmişi ekte sunulmaktadır.		As disclosed in our Material Event Disclosure dated 14th April, 2025, it was announced that, provided that no adverse opinion is expressed by the Capital Markets Board, Mehmet Mesut ADA was appointed as an Independent Board Member effective as 14th April, 2025 to serve until 19th April, 2027, and this appointment would be submitted to the approval of the shareholders at the first General Assembly Meeting to be held. The application submitted to the Capital Market Board relating to the aforementioned matter has been concluded and it has been decided that no negative opinion was expressed concerning the appointment of Mehmet Mesut ADA as an Independent Board Member. Mehmet Mesut ADA's Declaration of Independence, the positions he has held in the past 10 years along with the reasons for leaving those positions and his resume are presented in the attachment. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
