In line with our strategic priorities and within the scope of our strategy to focus on tire reinforcement and composite technologies; it has been resolved to liquidate or wholly-owned subsidiary, Kordsa Advanced Materials Gmbh, headquartered in Munich, Germany, which was established to support particularly our construction reinforcement business line, following the completion of the transfer to Afyon Çimento T.A.Ş. on November 3, 2025. The documents relating the liquidation process as of December 31, 2025 have been submitted to the relevant authorities as of today. The liquidation process is not expected to have a material impact on the financial statements of our Company.

Due to uncertainties relating the commmencement date of the liquidation process, and in order to protect the legitimate interests of our Company, it was resolved with the Board of Directors' decision dated November 20, 2025 to postpone the publis disclosure of this information
