Our application to the Capital Markets Board for approval of the amendment proposal regarding changes to Article 10 of our Articles of Association has been approved. The amended text, which has been approved by the Capital Markets Board and notified to us today, is attached.

It is anticipated that the draft amendment to the Articles of Association will be submitted to the shareholders for approval at the first General Assembly meeting following the approval of the Ministry of Trade.
