Within the scope of the share buyback transactions initiated by our Company pursuant to the Board of Directors' resolution dated June 10, 2025;
On June 25, 2025, MAVI B Group shares with TRY 200.000 nominal value were repurchased within a price range of TRY 34.74 – TRY 34.92 (average TRY 34.8242) per share on Borsa Istanbul by our company.

Following this transaction, the total number of B group shares repurchased to date has reached 200.000 corresponding to approximately 0,025% of the share capital.
