Yönetim Kurulu'nun ka
r dağıtımı ile ilgili teklifi müzakere edildi. Buna göre;
Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (SPK) Kâr Payı Tebliği'nde (II-19.1) yer alan esaslar ile Şirketimizin Ana Sözleşmesi'nde bulunan hükümler ve Şirketimiz tarafından kamuya açıklanmış olan kâr dağıtım politikaları çerçevesinde; Şirketimizin, Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve SPK düzenlemelerine göre hazırlanan 2016 yılı konsolide mali tablolarında net dönem zararı bulunduğundan 2016 faaliyet dönemi için kâr dağıtımı yapılmamasına karar verildi.
