Announcements to receive offers regarding the abovementioned real estate were made between 25.02.2020 – 06.03.2020. By taking the market conditions into account, the sale of the real estate to Gergül Yapı Pazarlama San. ve Tic.Ltd.Şti completed on 23.03.2020 with an amount of TL 266,800,000 + VAT (TL 302,061,519.85 including VAT).

The transfer of ownership certificate has been completed and it was decided to lease back the aforementioned real estate starting from the day of the transfer of ownership certificate.
