In our public disclosure dated 01.02.2021, it was announced that the negotiations was initiated with regard to the sale of %100 of our subsidiary Ramstore Bulgaria EAD ("Ramstore Bulgaria"), the 99% direct shareholder of our subsidiary Ramstore Macedonia DOO which operates in North Macedonia, to CITY PLAZA DOO Skopje ("the Buyer") and a preliminary sales agreement was signed between our Company and the buyer in this respect.

The relevant sales purchase agreement has been signed on 09.03.2021. The transaction price has been determined as Euro 39,161,132 (excluding taxes).

The transaction price is planned to be used for deleveraging of the Company.
