In our public disclosure on 02.02.2022, It was announced that our company decided to extend the validity of our company's registered capital ceiling for 5 years (between 2022-2026) and to apply Capital Markets Board ("CMB") and Ministry of Commerce ("Ministry") for obtaining the necessary permissions related to the amendment text regarding the Article 7 titled "Share Capital" of our Article of Association.

CMB approved the amendment text on 15.02.2022. The amendment text is in the attachment in the form it is approved by CMB.

In the relevant process, the Ministry approval will be obtained and the amendment text will be submitted to the approval of the shareholders at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of 2021 provided that the approval is received and in the form it is approved.
