In our public disclosure on 17.02.2022, it was announced that CMB approved the amendment text of our Company's Article of Association related to the extension of the validity of our registered capital ceiling for 5 years (between 2022-2026).

The Ministry of Trade's approval have been granted for the amendment text of our Company's Articles of Association. The amendment text will be submitted to the approval of the shareholders at the General Assembly Meeting for 2021 in the form it is approved.

The amendment text is in the attachment in the form it is approved by CMB and the Ministry of Trade .
