The sale of our real estate in İstanbul Bayrampaşa, in which Bayrampaşa Distribution Center is located, to Bilgiçler Yapı İnşaat A.Ş. has been completed with an amount of TL 706,505,000 + VAT.

The transfer of ownership certificate has been completed on 12 April 2023.
